Noah A. Duran is an associate attorney at Tanner Churchill Anderson. He is a passionate advocate for his clients and always willing to fight insurance companies and other entities to ensure negligent parties are held responsible.
Noah was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada with his family at the age of one. He completed his undergraduate studies at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at UNLV and began law school right after graduation. A Las Vegas resident for over 25 years, Noah is a proud graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, widely recognized as the top legal-writing program in the country. As a law student, Noah excelled in legal writing courses and worked as a research assistant studying traumatic brain injuries and legal remedies in professional boxing.
After law school Noah was employed as a law clerk at one of the pre-eminent plaintiff’s-side personal injury trial firms in Nevada. He witnessed first-hand how personal injury cases are prepared for and taken to trial. He was later employed by a local solo practitioner where he was responsible for drafting and filing all pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. In this position he gained valuable exposure to a variety of different practice areas including personal injury, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant disputes, criminal defense, and business dispute litigation.
After passing the Nevada bar exam, Noah entered practice at a high-volume, multi-state personal injury litigation firm, where he was responsible for handling numerous cases in both claims and litigation. In his first year of practice, Noah secured numerous arbitration awards and settled over $1.25 million dollars for his clients.
