Jolene J. Manke is admitted to practice law in both Nevada and California and has been continuously practicing since 1998. She enjoys helping injured clients and getting the opportunity to practice her Spanish-speaking skills every now and again.
Jolene was born and raised in Utah where she learned the reality of working hard on the family farm. After graduating from the University of Utah with a B.A. in finance, she earned her Series 63 and 7 licenses and practiced brokerage. She then attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California where she was chosen to compete state-wide for the appellate court team. She also received Am Jur awards in contracts, family law and legal writing.
Both during and after law school, she clerked and then practiced in the area of ERISA in San Diego, California. After relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada, she worked at one of the largest and oldest defense firms representing insurance companies and their insureds. She practiced in this area for about 10 years before she began advocating for injured people. Understanding both sides of an issue is invaluable when helping clients navigate their claim from beginning to conclusion. While Jolene enjoys reading, writing and researching, she particularly enjoys getting to know clients and their families.
